Perfect imperfect is how I would like to call this project. There is a mix of old and new, colourful and minimal, eye catching and subdued in these spaces. We kept the original slate floor in the traditional terrace and used it as an inspiration for the rest of the finishes and fittings. We selected Moroccan inspired wall tiles for the bathroom and kitchen splashback with an inspired choice of pink for the feature wall. No two tiles are the same – hue variations and uneven surface add the charm to the space. Brushed gold finish in tapware and accessories in the bathroom keeps the look on trend and works really well with the tiles. The minimal edge pull handles in matt graphite blend with the floor and let the rest of the kitchen finishes shine.
